"What the ruff folks, I was just checking to see what was for dinner"
Last spring on a day like this one, we were out in the yard with Dino and Bronson.We must not have been paying too much attention to the dogs because we noticed Dino was playing by himself.We called for Bronson and looked frantically everywhere for him. A little while later, the neighbors came out of their house with Bronson. They had relatives from out of town for dinner and had left their back door open for fresh air. They got a visit from our four legged friend who was in their house like he was the one that was invited over for dinner.

ReplyDeleteAs usual I set out to walk Shadow, my 95lb lab mix. Before our 2 mile walk, We head directly to the woods where she leaves her donation to nature and gets to run free chasing woodsy little creatures. One particular day we are in the woods and shadow chases after a rabbit, she is so focused she runs up over the hill back to the street, all of a sudden, I hear a loud screech and a bang.. I run frantically back to the street expecting to find the worst, instead I find Shadow with her tail between her legs and a Lexus stopped in the street. Shadow amazingly appears to be okay.. The driver of the car tells me shadow slammed into the side door and the rabbit got away. I am amazed that shadow doesn't appear to be too hurt but the car on the other hand ended up with $1600.00 of damage to the car...WHAT THE RUFF?!
